Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely matter. In order to do so, we have implemented a appointment cancellation policy. At the time of booking you will be asked to pay a $30 nonrefundable deposit by Zelle or Venmo that will be credited towards your service/s. The $30 deposit must be paid within 2hrs of booking or the appointment will be denied and cancelled. Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment, if a reschedule or cancellation is needed, you must text or use the gloss genius app to do so. Without a 24hr notice you forfeit your $30 deposit and 20% of the service, with 24hr notice you will have the opportunity of pushing the deposit once to a future appointment within the same month. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it is considered a no-show and you will forfeit your deposit as a part of the cancellation fee and pay for 20% of the service. To schedule a new appointment a new deposit is required. At 10 minutes late you will be charged a $10 late fee. No extra guests at appt please. Please arrive with a clean face/lashes & nails!
